Raysor Technologies may operate websites, web applications, downloadable software, mobile applications, cloud services, communications systems, developer tools, and customer or partner portals. This center organizes the policies that govern those experiences.

Product coverage

Company website

The corporate website presents company information, product descriptions, partnership opportunities, and links to external services. Visitors remain responsible for reviewing the policies of any third-party platform they open.

StriveLoop

StriveLoop requires its own accurate descriptions of account eligibility, coach and client roles, subscriptions, cancellations, user content, acceptable use, data handling, account deletion, and support. Those product-specific terms should be linked here when finalized.

Future products and portals

New products should receive a policy review before launch. Material differences in data collection, payment flow, age eligibility, user-generated content, or platform capabilities should be reflected in the applicable privacy and terms documents.

Apple and Microsoft distribution

App-store listings should link to a current privacy policy and accurately describe data practices, features, pricing, subscriptions, and account controls. Store metadata must stay synchronized with the actual product.

Apple readiness

Maintain a public privacy-policy URL and an optional privacy-choices URL.
Keep App Store privacy disclosures consistent with app and third-party SDK behavior.
Document account deletion, subscriptions, support, and data-control pathways where applicable.

Microsoft readiness

Maintain a public privacy policy for products that access personal information.
Describe trial, subscription, payment, and time-limited functionality accurately.
Keep support contacts, age ratings, security practices, and product descriptions current.

Web, APIs, and portals

Public pages and authenticated portals should use secure transport, least-privilege access, clear session behavior, accessible interfaces, and understandable error states. Administrative portals should never be presented as public customer tools.

External consoles such as GitHub, Cloudflare, Microsoft Partner Center, App Store Connect, Google Workspace, and Resend remain governed by their own agreements and access controls.

Security and data governance

Collect only data needed for a defined product purpose.
Restrict access by role and operational need.
Use secure authentication, modern encryption, logging, and incident-response procedures.
Review vendors and integrations when data flow or product behavior changes.
Provide practical routes for access, correction, deletion, and support requests.
