These baseline terms organize acceptable use of Raysor Technologies websites and services. Product-specific agreements may add or replace provisions.
By accessing a Raysor Technologies service that links to these terms, you agree to follow these terms and any additional product rules presented to you. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Product-specific age rules apply. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
You may not misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, distribute malware, exploit other users, violate intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, evade safeguards, or use a product for unlawful or harmful activity.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to host, process, display, and transmit it for the service. You must have the rights necessary to submit that content. Raysor Technologies retains rights in its software, branding, designs, documentation, and original materials.
Paid products should present price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund, platform fee, seller identity, and trial limitations before purchase. Payment providers and app stores may apply separate terms. Product-specific purchase rules control where they differ from this general framework.
Services may evolve, experience interruptions, or be modified for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Raysor Technologies will aim to communicate material changes when practical but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Services are provided subject to applicable law and product-specific warranties, if any. Final terms should include enforceable limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, and severability clauses tailored to the company’s actual jurisdiction and risk profile.
